Simultaneously splutter a tablespoon of cumin seeds with a spoon of garlic,1 medium onion, 2green chillies, 1tomato and a spoon of cilantro. After 5 minutes as the tomatoes turn soft add in a small spoon of red chilli powder and a dash of all spice (garam masala)powder. Add the sautéed mix to the cooked lentils. Garnish with lots of cilantro. #happycooking #simpleogue
